At Avelyn, we carefully package and ship every order with love and intention. Below you’ll find our shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery timeframes.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, we’ll always keep you informed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping — $10 AUD

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

 

Express Shipping — $15 AUD

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and seasonal delays.


International Shipping (Other Countries)

If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at avelynskin@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a shipping quote.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Avelyn is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
